Base is looking to hire an Associate Creative Director to join their team. This is a full-time position that can be done remotely anywhere in the United States. Base - A new Ethereum L2, incubated by Coinbase and built on the open-source OP Stack.
Job Summary
What youâll be doing:
📍Tech lead cross functional initiatives to bring Coinbase developer products, services, APIs to external builders. 📍Design and build new features to meet critical product and business needs with React, React Query, and Typescript. 📍Design and implement technical solutions that are highly available, scalable and maintainable in the long-term. 📍Build design treatments and experimental control flow to support experimental UX. 📍Write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers. 📍Work with engineers, designers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap.
What we look for in you:
📍You have at least 5+ years of experience in developing web apps and shipping user-facing features with JavaScript and modern, component-based JS frameworks like React. 📍Youâve designed, built, scaled and maintained production services, and know how to compose a service oriented architecture. 📍You write high quality, well tested code to meet the needs of your customers. 📍Youâre passionate about building an open financial system that brings the world together. 📍You have a self-starter mindset with willingness to push through friction to improve customer UX. 📍You are excited about building onchain products and tools, and closely follow onchain tech developments and news.
