What you'll do:

📍Lead the end-to-end procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle, from requisition to payment, by implementing and managing P2P systems to automate workflows and ensure compliance. 📍Create and oversee competitive bidding cycles (RFQs, RFPs) and manage the procure-to-pay process, including requisitioning, purchasing, receiving, invoicing, and payment for goods and services. 📍Provide procurement research, guidance, and direction to other departments to support strategic sourcing decisions. 📍Oversee the full vendor lifecycle, including due diligence, onboarding, performance monitoring, and relationship management. 📍Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best deals and terms, manage disputes, and ensure supplier performance meets standards. 📍Implement best practices for managing vendor risk, including financial, operational, and reputational risks. 📍Act as a strategic partner to budget, manage and optimize the corporate travel program, ensuring employee compliance with company policy and external regulations. 📍Leverage technology to automate booking and expense reporting, track real-time spend, and ensure traveler safety and duty of care. 📍Drive improvements in financial systems and integrations, with a focus on automation, documentation, and continuous improvement. 📍Evaluate and implement new financial technologies, such as procure-to-pay or vendor management software, to streamline operations and enhance financial visibility.
