Job Summary
Roles and responsibilities:
šAct as a resource and advisor to practice management on human resources matters, including new hire onboarding, new initiatives, and company policies and procedures. šProvide expert consulting services to the organization, leveraging a strong blend of business and HR acumen to identify and solve complex problems. šCollaborate with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. šOffer guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning to ensure alignment with business goals. šPlan, organize, and execute social activities and events aimed at promoting team building, employee engagement, and a positive workplace culture. šUtilize data-driven approaches to inform HR strategies and decision-making processes. šManage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational objectives. šOperate social media platforms and use designing tools like Canva to enhance HR communication and engagement efforts.
Skills and Qualifications:
šGraduate/Post Graduate degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred. š3-4 years of experience in an HRBP role within a fast-paced environment. šExceptional project management skills, with the ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple projects effectively. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with employees, managers, and external partners. šExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. šProficiency in social media platforms and designing tools like Canva. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
