What You’ll Be Doing

📍Develop and implement a global design strategy, aligned with the company’s long-term goals and vision. 📍Manage and guide the design team, fostering innovative thinking and improving design quality. 📍Work closely with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of design strategies and concepts. 📍Responsible for the recruitment, training, and development of the design team. 📍Drive and maintain design consistency, ensuring all outputs comply with brand standards. 📍Regularly review and optimize design processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality outputs. 📍Monitor the latest design trends and competitive dynamics to ensure the company remains competitive in the industry.

What We Look For In You

📍At least 10 years of design experience, with at least 5 years in a management position. 📍Deep experience in product design, copy design, design systems, and branding, able to provide best practices and high-level insights in terms of quality and efficiency. 📍Extensive experience leading cross-regional and cross-cultural teams, with strong cultural sensitivity and adaptability to various working cultures. 📍Excellent leadership and team-building skills. 📍Excellent stress management skills, capable of handling challenges from multiple aspects and dimensions simultaneously. 📍Bilingual communication abilities (English, Chinese).
