Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop, own, and continuously enhance Global Total Rewards programs, including Benefits, Health and Wellness, Pension/Retirement plans, Equity Compensation and Token Compensation. šEnsure programs are designed to retain Consensysā competitive position and maximize employee engagement and retention. šPartner with the interim Chief People Officer and Head of Employee Programs to support the Internal Compensation Committee and Board Compensation Committee šAdvise and influence business leaders on compensation strategy, programs, and issues, including equity practices. šMaintain a strong understanding of market data and trends to drive best-in-class programs. šDesign and recommend global benefits programs by assessing Consensysā needs, reviewing competitor and industry practices, and analyzing cost-effectiveness. šManaging global annual benefits renewals and Open Enrollment cycles. šLead the framework that supports the annual compensation cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market standards. šPartner with the People Partner and Talent Acquisition Teams to provide strategic advice on compensation and benefits. šCollaborate with the People team and Consensys leadership to manage compliance-related activities pertaining to People & Culture. šEnsure all compensation and benefits programs comply with relevant laws and regulations. šManage compliance-related activities and maintain documentation to support audits and regulatory requirements. šIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance the effectiveness of compensation and benefits programs. šMonitor and evaluate the effectiveness of existing programs and make recommendations for enhancements.
What Weāre Looking For:
š8+ years' relevant experience in compensation, equity programs, and benefits planning. šExperience with effectively designing and scaling a rewards function to support the company's business goals and growth, with a strong awareness of best practices. šExperience in token compensation program design and delivery or strong curiosity and enthusiasm to learn šExpertise in the development of strategy and administration of compensation and benefits (including executive compensation) šDemonstrated understanding of the complexity of business on a global scale. šDemonstrated ability in managing internal compliance programs and policies. šExceptional communication instincts & practices that keep stakeholders informed and included in a way that builds trust. šStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.
