Responsibilities

📍Define and lead the product roadmap for the Solana-native RWA DeFi offering, from ideation through launch and iteration 📍Organize around the needs of your users and stakeholders, such as onchain investors, DeFi partners, and RWA issuers
📍Own product decisions and outcomes, balancing strategic vision with day-to-day delivery 📍Collaborate with R3 Product and Engineering to make your roadmap a reality. Ensure that the full R3 Labs organization understands and is bought in on your vision and execution plan 📍Lead engagement with DeFi projects and protocols to build integrations, partnerships, and liquidity pipelines 📍Translate complex asset structures and compliance requirements into simple, composable onchain primitives 📍Represent R3 externally in the DeFi community, shaping narratives and collecting feedback 📍Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on product design and go-to-market

Skills & Qualifications

📍3+ years of experience in DeFi, ideally with a track record of designing and launching or deeply integrating a DeFi product 📍Deep understanding of DeFi strategies, mechanics, and tokenomics 📍Strong working knowledge of Solana and familiarity with its DeFi ecosystem (or demonstrated ability to ramp up quickly) 📍Familiarity with financial products is highly preferred: debt, equity, private credit, collateral management 📍Understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape for tokenized assets 📍Proven ability to form partnerships and drive ecosystem collaboration 📍Comfortable operating in ambiguity, making clear decisions, and owning outcomes 📍Active presence in the crypto community (preferably Crypto Twitter native, not a tourist) 📍Excellent communicator who can engage technical, business, and regulatory stakeholders alike 📍Honest, flexible, and collaborative mindset.
