📍Optimise and measure rewards to achieve business objectives through data-driven strategies 📍Conduct quantitative research, analyse market data and user interactions, and identify trends to inform strategic reward decisions and enhance the growth of the Immutable platform 📍Focus on hypothesis generation, optimisation, experimentation, and evaluation to drive continuous improvement 📍Develop and implement predictive models to forecast user behaviour, inform reward decisions, and support targeted growth initiatives 📍Create visualisations and generate reports that effectively communicate experimental results, insights, and findings to stakeholders, aiding in decision-making across the organisation 📍Collaborate closely with teams such as Product, Engineering, Tokenomics and Design to ensure that data analysis and recommendations align with overall business strategies and objectives 📍Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and related technologies to maintain a competitive and innovative approach to data-driven decision-making

📍Advanced SQL expertise for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting 📍Extensive experience applying probability theory and statistical methods to solve business problems 📍A proven track record in data science or a closely related field, with at least 3 years of experience working on data-driven projects 📍Proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and create clear and compelling visualisations to communicate insights effectively 📍Strong stakeholder management skills, enabling effective communication and relationship management across various stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration on data-driven projects and initiatives 📍Experience in designing and implementing scientific experiments to evaluate the impact of different features, designs, or strategies on user behaviour and business outcomes 📍A genuine passion for and knowledge of emerging technologies such as crypto, NFTs, games, or product-led growth
