Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Create captivating motion graphics to elevate Crypto.com's brand communication and campaigns. 📍Collaborate with Creative Directors, Marketing Managers and Producers to create motion contents across various channels. 📍Develop and craft a storyboard to translate the creative idea into a sequence of storytelling frames. 📍Capable of swiftly creating an animatic with music from storyboard frames and title cards, showcasing the proof of concept. 📍Responsible for post-production tasks including video editing, color correction, and compositing. 📍Maintain, challenge, and iterate on crypto.com motion styles, guidelines and processes. 📍Keep up-to-date with AI, industry trends and best practices in video editing and motion graphics, incorporating new techniques and technologies into the workflow. 📍Uphold and enhance the brand's visual identity across multiple channels, while actively driving design evolution. 📍Work with an international team across different time zones, handling diverse projects simultaneously.
Requirements:
📍Impeccable motion graphics & video editing skills. 📍5 to 7+ years of experience in working in a motion design studio or In-House creative agency. 📍An online portfolio showcasing your skills of motion graphics and video editing. 📍Software proficiency: Industry-standard motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. 📍Have an eye for detail, a great sense of good aesthetics and the ability to captivate audiences through motion content. 📍Experience in 3D motion graphics, and AI image/motion generation is a plus. 📍Ability to edit music and sound design is a plus. 📍A quick learner with a proactive "get things done" attitude. 📍Able to work in a speedy environment independently. 📍A deep understanding of market dynamics as a crypto enthusiast is advantageous. 📍You must be located in the APAC region.
