Job Summary
Your role:
📍Ensure the precise, timely, and reliable execution of all client communications across email, push, and in-app channels. 📍Implement and optimize automated campaigns and triggered flows across direct channels 📍Partner with internal teams, including Content, Design and Product, to design, validate and launch new campaigns. 📍Translate cross-functional briefs into structured, executable operational plans. 📍Define and manage client segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience. 📍Own the communications calendar, set prioritisation and keep stakeholders aligned. 📍Safeguard communication integrity by monitoring cadence, conflicts and message overlap. 📍Analyse campaign performance and drive continuous cross-channel optimization. 📍Maintain and improve operational tooling, templates, workflows and data logic. 📍Provide visibility, reporting and operational insight to support decision-making.

📍5+ years of relevant experience in client communication and campaign automation. 📍Proven track record in client retention, campaign optimization, and journey automation. 📍Proficiency in client segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different audiences. 📍Advanced proficiency in automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar). 📍Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset that turns reporting data into clear insig
