Job Summary
Your role:
šEnsure the precise, timely, and reliable execution of all client communications across email, push, and in-app channels. šImplement and optimize automated campaigns and triggered flows across direct channels šPartner with internal teams, including Content, Design and Product, to design, validate and launch new campaigns. šTranslate cross-functional briefs into structured, executable operational plans. šDefine and manage client segmentation and targeting to ensure campaigns reach the right audience. šOwn the communications calendar, set prioritisation and keep stakeholders aligned. šSafeguard communication integrity by monitoring cadence, conflicts and message overlap. šAnalyse campaign performance and drive continuous cross-channel optimization. šMaintain and improve operational tooling, templates, workflows and data logic. šProvide visibility, reporting and operational insight to support decision-making.

š5+ years of relevant experience in client communication and campaign automation. šProven track record in client retention, campaign optimization, and journey automation. šProficiency in client segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different audiences. šAdvanced proficiency in automation platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar). šStrong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset that turns reporting data into clear insig
