Essential Functions:

📍Supports the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples of activities include traditional budgeting and forecasting, month end close and enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development and business planning support 📍Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and finance teams 📍Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business 📍Is team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities 📍Operates with minimal supervision and is able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently 📍Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making 📍Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented

Qualifications

📍5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced 📍Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD) 📍Preferred Qualifications: 📍Experience in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company 📍Can collaborate across functions in a global, matrixed organization 📍Prior FP&A, consulting, banking, or audit experience highly valued
