Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šLead end-to-end paid media campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across Meta Ads and other key platforms. šCollaborate closely with business consultants to translate strategic goals into actionable media plans. šDrive data-driven audience targeting, creative testing, and bid management to maximize campaign ROI. šImplement and troubleshoot advanced tracking setups (GTM, Meta Pixel, APIs) to ensure accurate measurement. -Leverage AI, automation, and analytics tools to enhance efficiency and scale campaign performance. šMentor junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to elevate the team's capabilities. šContinuously refine campaign playbooks and frameworks that drive client growth and agency success.
Requirements
š3ā6 years of hands-on paid media experience, primarily with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram). šProven track record of managing and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client portfolios. šStrong technical understanding of campaign setup, optimization, and tracking (Meta Pixel, GTM, Conversion API). šData-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics and apply insights effectively. šExperience using AI tools, automation, or light scripting to improve campaign efficiency.
