Job Summary
What you’ll be working on:
📍Execute finance operations, including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks, such as verifying expense claims, processing payments, and issuing invoices. 📍Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive system of accounting policies and procedures. 📍Manage tax compliance and audit processes, ensuring adherence to internal control procedures and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 📍Oversee the processing of supplier invoices and employee reimbursements, and manage cash and bank balances. 📍Provide accounting and financial support to both local and overseas offices. 📍Monitor day-to-day financial operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

About you:
📍Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting or Finance. 📍Over 4 years of experience in finance and accounting. 📍Experience with a Big 4 accounting firm is preferred. 📍Strong accounting knowledge with the ability to work independently. 📍Good understanding of Company Law and Tax Law. 📍Proficiency in English and Mandarin. 📍Ability to work effectively in a high-volume environment, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize accordingly.
