Job Summary
Responsibilities
šCreate smooth and high-quality 2D character animations using Spine, ensuring they align with the artistic vision and gameplay mechanics. šCollaborate with the art and design teams to ensure animations support the visual storytelling and character performance. šEnsure animation consistency across characters, scenes, and assets. Troubleshoot and refine animations to improve quality and performance. šContribute to the improvement of animation workflows and best practices within the team. šMentor and guide junior animators, helping them develop their skills and maintain high-quality standards.
Requirements
šMinimum of 5 years of experience in 2D animation for mobile game production. šExpertise in Spine animation software, including rigging, skeletal animation, and motion editing. šStrong understanding of animation principles, timing, and character movement. šAbility to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams (art, design, etc.) to ensure seamless animation execution. šTraditional animation skills (drawing, understanding of squash/stretch, timing) are a plus, but not essential. šExcellent communication and team collaboration skills. šFamiliarity with additional 2D animation tools like Adobe Animate or Toon Boom (preferred).
