Job Summary
You will:
📍Bootstrap and own Tensor’s internal security program 📍Establish company-wide web security standards 📍Work with developers to create automated processes to assess & enforce standards 📍Develop policies & guidelines to make it easier for the team to remain secure 📍Manage bug bounty programs and collaborate with 3rd-party security researchers 📍Proactively ensure Tensor is safe from state-of-the-art vulnerabilities 📍Conduct tabletop exercises to ensure company-wide readiness for security incidents
Hard requirements:
📍Good understanding of cloud security (AWS, GCP, Azure) 📍At least 3+ years of direct experience as Security Lead or similar 📍Great understanding of broader security market and security products landscape 📍Borderline obsessive about possible attack vectors and security loopholes
