What You'll Bring
📍10+ years in tech, covering multiple domains (engineering, GRC, architecture, operations) 📍Experience in fintech or crypto/blockchain/web3 📍Proven ability to design and implement secure systems across cloud, network, and app layers 📍Experience leading audits, compliance programs, or risk management frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc) 📍Strong technical grounding in cloud security (AWS/GCP), containerization, CI/CD, and identity systems 📍Demonstrated ability to lead teams and influence culture, not just enforce controls
