Job Summary
Some of your typical tasks:
📍Facilitate projects in order to achieve the objectives based on the experience in the SCRUM Framework. 📍Lead Scrum team through Agile methodology 📍Support the development team to achieve objectives within the agreed time frame 📍Solve impediments or problems of the operation by training the team through the agile methodology 📍Track and present product deliverables based on the roadmap accurately, ensuring compliance with dates. 📍Scrum ceremony management. 📍Management to distribute the times of each project 📍Actively participate in strengthening the scrum values of the teams 📍Create the needed documentation of the project 📍Make meetings more effective, using agile methodologies 📍Ability to work in a demanding fast-paced environment where critical deadlines need to be met
Requirements
📍Proven working experience in large and complex software based development system in an Scaled-Agile context (such as Scaled Agile Framework or others frameworks) 📍Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development so as to be able to liaise the development process with the different domains of system engineering (Design, Integration & Qualification, operations, etc.) 📍Deep understanding of up-to-date software development practices 📍Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills 📍Change management skills to support internal and external changes to act as coach when needed 📍Understanding of complex environments in order to perform needed customization 📍Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills 📍You should be an excellent communicator, team player, and have a problem-solving attitude 📍Requires the use of English as the official program language 📍To be eligible for a security clearance
