Job Summary
Your mission
šDefine, govern and improve operational procedures for the Sales Teams across Ledger šDevelop effective, accurate and ideally automated reporting to senior management on activity, pipeline, lead generation, sales and other KPIs šProvide sales team with the tools, reporting & cadence required for them to deliver against targets, and assist with commission planning šOptimise sales workflows from marketing automation, leveraging HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, AirCall, ZoomInfo etc šManage & govern post sales contract activity liaising with internal teams, to ensure contractual and invoicing obligations are met šMaintain source systems and up to date integrations between these systems šManage supplier relationships with core tools, ensuring technical and internal issues are resolved swiftly and effectively šWork with sales managers to create and maintain data flows that ensure Salesforce pipeline and forecasts are reliable - then ensure documentation is up to date šPrepare periodic business review presentations šParticipate in the onboarding and training process for new sales team members
What weāre looking for:
šExperience in operations, consulting or financial services industry. šShould you not have this, a combination of a relevant degree and experience in another sector is welcomed šExposure to tools such as Salesforce, Hubspot and Tableau šAn understanding of the wider financial industry, plus points if you can supplement this with knowledge of the crypto sector šSomeone who is incredibly well organised, and able to prioritise their workload šFluency in English. If you speak any other languages then of course that is a plus
