Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šThis role will support in driving forward and growing our merchant relationships in North America from a data and insights perspective šWork with Data Science team on scope, development and testing of visualizations and self-serve dashboards for sales and account management šDevelop scalable content and resources to enable efficient, self-service opportunities that bolster Afterpay & Cash Appās position as a data led organization šBuild trust with our merchants to view us as indispensable strategic partners that are open to collaborative testing opportunities šDeliver actionable insights to identify opportunities for growth and to enhance merchant relationships šEnsure repeatable, scalable processes in place where relevant šCreate and manage a library for merchant insights so the business has easy access to our teamās deliverables šEffectively communicate your work with team leads and cross-functional stakeholders on a regular basis
Qualifications
šBachelorās Degree with 2-4 years of related work experience šAbility to think critically and problem solve through the lens of the business, then communicate complex ideas and translate insights into narrative šStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and lasting collaborative relationships šComfortable working at pace, sometimes with competing and changing priorities šDeep analytical mindset with great attention to detail - keen to deliver actionable insights, recommendations and measurable growth šAdvanced excel skills and baseline SQL understanding, proficient in a BI tool šIdeally, experience working in a B2C organization e.g. Retail, Travel, Telco, Retail Banking
