Job Summary
What you'll do
šAssist in implementing and maintaining the organizationās IT Compliance Framework. šMonitor status of compliance activities and follow through on pending action items or submissions. šMaintain organized documentation of IT policies, risk registers, control matrices, and audit evidence. šSupport the preparation and scheduling of IT compliance-related meetings, reviews, and workshops. šLead the day-to-day administration and maintenance of IT compliance systems, including dashboards, evidence repositories, control trackers, and policy libraries. šConduct vendor assessments for new or existing compliance-related tools or platforms (e.g., risk registers, audit management tools, monitoring dashboards), ensuring alignment with internal IT, Security, and Regulatory requirements. šSupport the formulation of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) for new system implementations or enhancements, in coordination with the IT Compliance Officer and relevant stakeholders. šTrack end-to-end system implementation lifecycle ā from requirements gathering and solution evaluation to UAT, deployment, and post-implementation reviews. šCoordinate with internal teams (e.g., IT, Security, Data) and third-party vendors for configuration updates, access control, and system issues. šMaintain version control, data integrity, and change logs across all compliance documentation and system-generated outputs. šEnsure that compliance systems are up-to-date, audit-ready, and capable of supporting regulatory submissions, control monitoring, and incident management workflows. šPropose and implement process improvements or lightweight automation to enhance the efficiency and reliability of compliance tracking tools. šGather and organize required evidence and documentation for internal and external audits. šSupport in drafting or formatting IT-related regulatory submissions. šTrack and follow up on audit findings and remediation plans in coordination with the IT Compliance Officer. šMaintain a repository of recurring reports, templates, and compliance trackers. šAssist in conducting initial fact-finding or data gathering for internal investigations. šDocument investigative steps and coordinate with relevant technical teams for log or evidence requests. šHelp compile summaries and timelines for compliance officer review. šExtract and organize compliance-related data to support monitoring, reporting, and decision-making. šCreate and maintain dashboards or trackers for policy review cycles, incident trends, and audit status. šHighlight compliance trends, recurring issues, or delays in action items for escalation.
What we expect from you
šBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field šAt least 1ā2 years of experience in IT compliance, IT audit, IT risk, or general compliance support šExposure to regulatory environments (BSP) and IT frameworks is an advantage šExperience in supporting documentation-heavy or cross-functional roles is a plus šBasic SQL skills or comfort working with structured datasets
