Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Spearhead efforts to acquire new clients, focusing solely on bringing new logos to The Giving Block. 📍Employ aggressive sales tactics and strategies to ensure a high conversion rate from prospecting to closing deals. 📍Regularly track and report on sales activities and progress towards targets, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize results. 📍Engage in high-level networking and relationship building to establish a strong presence in relevant markets. 📍Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies and maximize lead generation efforts.
Qualifications:
📍Proven experience as a closer in sales, with a focus on new business acquisition. 📍Strong understanding of the nonprofit sector and/or financial services, with a preference for knowledge in digital assets. 📍Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets. 📍Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
