Job Summary
What youâll do
📍Implementation of the risk management function and coordinating the risk management processes of the Robinhood Crypto Europe 📍Creating and monitoring Risk Appetite Statements and Key Risk Indicators 📍Overseeing and coordinating Risk & Control Self Assessments for Robinhood Crypto Europe 📍Oversight and control of the ICT and security risk management system 📍Reviewing and reporting on risks and incidents and maintaining associated registers 📍Reporting significant risk events , breaches and routine risk reporting to the Board 📍Conducting regular risk monitoring and escalating identified risks and control issues to the Board 📍Collaborating with global risk teams to develop and mature Robinhood risk management standards and methodologies 📍Identifying, assessing and monitoring outsourcing risks 📍Ensuring proper and compliant outsourcing process and oversight of it 📍Daily oversight of the outsourced functions and relationships with outsource service providers
What you bring
📍6+ years building and executing risk management programs for a financial services or cryptocurrency entity 📍Bachelorâs degree 📍Experience building, designing, or deploying risk programs or specialities, such as: 📍Key Risk Indicators 📍Risk and Control Self Assessments 📍Risk Appetite 📍Outsourcing Risk Management 📍Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery 📍ICT Risk Management
