Job Summary
Your core responsibilities:
šAssist in managing the day-to-day risk management functions, including monitoring and analysing market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks šUtilise Python-based tools and libraries for stress testing, scenario analysis, and to contribute to local risk management tooling šDevelop and enhance real-time risk monitoring and reporting tools, ensuring robustness and high quality of technical solutions šEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies šAnalyse financial and energy market developments; help build and refine risk methodologies tailored to energy trading strategies
Your skills and experience:
š2ā5 years of professional experience in financial or energy market risk management with a strong quantitative and technical background šExperience in FX, commodity, or energy trading, across OTC and exchange-traded markets šRelevant energy market knowledge, understanding position limits, REMIT, EMIR, or MiFID II compliance are plus" šTechnical proficiency in a programming language for risk analysis (Python, MATLAB, or R) šStrong analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability šA proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
