Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Monitor and evaluate trading activity to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement 📍Develop and maintain risk metrics, thresholds, and dashboards for proactive management. 📍Utilize Python and other data-centric tools to process and analyze complex datasets to create actionable risk reports/visualisations for technical and non-technical stakeholders. 📍Analyse market data and risk metrics to assess potential risks and develop appropriate risk management strategies 📍Build and maintain scripts and tools to automate risk-monitoring processes 📍Work closely with traders and senior management to design and implement risk mitigation strategies 📍Develop and implement risk management policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management guidelines
Who you are
📍Our ideal candidate will have: 📍Proficiency in Python or similar programming languages for data analysis and automation. 📍Experience with handling large datasets, including data ingestion, processing, and visualization. 📍Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, economics, or related field 1 - 4 years of experience in risk management, preferably in a trading environment 📍Comfortable working independently 📍Strong analytical skills and attention to detail 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 📍Experience in crypto is a plus
