Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Own and optimize Notabene’s GTM tech stack; HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Apollo, and key integrations; ensuring clean, connected, and scalable systems 📍Turn data into decisions, building dashboards and insights that empower Sales, Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success 📍Analyze GTM performance and model growth scenarios, identifying the highest-impact drivers of pipeline and revenue efficiency 📍Start with the “why”; use data to uncover what truly drives ROI across channels, helping prioritize where to focus resources and investment 📍Drive GTM enablement, equipping teams with the tools, data, and processes they need to execute efficiently and make informed decisions 📍Streamline GTM processes, improving lead flow, handoffs, and conversion visibility across the funnel 📍Drive data integrity and automation, ensuring accurate, consistent reporting and efficient workflows 📍Partner with GTM leaders to forecast, measure performance, and drive growth - with a core focus on accurate, data-driven revenue forecasting 📍Product-led sales; leverage our network data to enrich SDR outreach and sales motions; creating more tailored, insight-driven engagement that drives tighter deal cycles and higher close rates
You’re a Good Fit if You Have
📍3 to 7 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or GTM Analytics, ideally in SaaS or fintech 📍Deep experience managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM 📍Proven ability to analyze GTM data and communicate insights clearly 📍Experience with SQL, data visualization tools, or forecasting models 📍Strong understanding of sales and customer success workflows 📍Comfortable owning integrations and automation across tools 📍Excellent communicator and collaborator in a distributed team
