For the Research and Development Project Manager position you will be involved with: šŸ“Project and Issue Management: Lead and manage multiple R&D projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards. šŸ“Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate closely with R&D teams, engineering, product management, and other stakeholders to define and produce project requirements, objectives, and deliverables. Strong communication skills are needed for contacting and managing both contracting authority and consortium members. šŸ“Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones are met, including managing internal resources and external vendors or partners. šŸ“Risk Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, define assignees, to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful project delivery. šŸ“Financial Management: Manage project budget and payments and cooperate with the Financial and Administration Manager to track expenses, and ensure spending aligns with project objectives and project funding rules. šŸ“Contract Management: Manage in close cooperation with the Financial and Administration Manager and the internal Legal Department the needed contracts at all project / stakeholder levels. šŸ“Documentation, Reporting, Reviews/audits: Manage accurate project documentation archiving, including project plans, status reports, written deliverables, developed software source code and risk registers. šŸ“In addition, provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues. Moreover, participate actively at the preparation and execution of project reviews/audits, when needed. šŸ“Quality Assurance: Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements, based on predefined objectives and KPIs. Implement quality control processes and conduct reviews as necessary. šŸ“Dissemination and Exploitation Management: Drive continuous dissemination tasks based on predefined/agreed plan to succeed the needed projectā€™s effective publicity. In addition coordinate and finalize the needed Intellectual Property and Exploitation Plans, identifying opportunities for commercialization of the projectā€™s results/outputs.

Requirements

šŸ“What do you need to succeed in this position? šŸ“Your experience, skill set and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have: šŸ“A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Engineering, Science, or related discipline). An Advanced degree (e.g., Master's or Ph.D.) is preferred. šŸ“Proven experience (4+ years) in project management, preferably in a research and development environment. šŸ“Strong understanding of R&D processes including funding programme rules. šŸ“Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coordinate cross-functional teams. šŸ“Strong knowledge and experience with project management tools and collaboration software (e.g., Microsoft Office and Project, Basecamp, Google Workspace). šŸ“The Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. šŸ“Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and results-driven approach. šŸ“Experience working at ICT sector is desirable. Any Project Management certification is a plus. šŸ“Excellent Oral and Written communication in the English language is mandatory. Good knowledge of French language is a plus.
