Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

📍Monitor and interpret regulations from SEC, BOT, AMLO, and assess their impact on Coins’ products and operations. 📍Advise management and product teams on regulatory feasibility, requirements, and risk implications. 📍Lead end-to-end regulatory licensing processes, including preparing submissions and managing regulator communications. 📍Maintain strong relationships with regulators and handle inquiries, audits, inspections, and periodic reporting. 📍Develop and maintain internal compliance frameworks, policies, SOPs, and AML/CFT requirements for Thailand. 📍Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure regulatory alignment. 📍Draft regulatory strategy reports, position papers, and consultation responses for policy developments. 📍Identify regulatory risks early and provide clear guidance to internal stakeholders. 📍Represent Coins in regulatory dialogues, consultations, and industry engagements.

Qualifications

📍Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree in Law, Public Policy, Business, or related fields preferred. 📍Minimum 5–8 years of experience in regulatory advisory, licensing, compliance, or legal within financial services, fintech, or consulting. 📍Strong understanding of Thai SEC, BOT, and AMLO regulations covering digital assets, payments, e-money, and AML/CFT. 📍Experience managing licensing applications or preparing regulatory submissions. 📍Excellent analytical, research, and regulatory interpretation skills. 📍Strong written communication skills for drafting filings, policies, and strategic documents. 📍Ability to work independently and manage multiple regulatory projects in a fast-paced environment. 📍High attention to detail and ability to build relationships with regulators and internal stakeholders.
