Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Analyze recruitment data and generate reports to identify trends and insights. 📍Develop and maintain candidate databases and track candidate progress through the recruitment process. 📍Create and distribute job postings across various channels. 📍Assist with onboarding new hires. 📍Prepare reports and presentations on recruiting activities and metrics. 📍Assist with the implementation and maintenance of recruitment technology and tools. 📍Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
📍Fresh graduate or pursuing a bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 📍Excellent organizational and time management skills. 📍Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 📍Passion for recruitment and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
