Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Accurately match and reconcile transactions with strong attention to detail. 📍Identify and investigate discrepancies, ensuring timely resolution. 📍Analyze transactional data to identify patterns and trends. 📍Validate and verify transactional information across multiple data sources. 📍Conduct quality checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity. 📍Maintain and enhance quality assurance processes related to reconciliation. 📍Utilize advanced Excel functions and formulas to streamline and automate workflows. 📍Work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize reconciliation processes. 📍Support process improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting solutions.
Requirements
📍Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field 📍Experience in reconciliation, transaction matching, or financial operations 📍Strong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, formulas, and automation 📍Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills 📍Ability to manage multiple tasks independently under tight deadlines 📍Strong attention to detail and ability to resolve discrepancies 📍Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders
