Job Summary
What You’ll Be Doing
📍Make markets for delta1 instruments such as spots, swaps and futures in crypto market. 📍Manage and optimize systematic trading strategies, including arbitrage and market-making strategies applicable to digital asset markets. 📍Conduct research on alpha signals and backtesting to enhance the profitability of trading strategies. 📍Apply your traditional finance expertise to identify opportunities and adapt proven strategies to crypto markets. 📍Work with developers to build and drive the continual improvement of the world-class risk management and trading tools.
What We Look For In You
📍Degree in a relevant area (Mathematics/Physics/Engineering/Computer Science/Finance) from a top university. 📍Proven track record in systematic trading within traditional financial markets, with a strong focus on US equities or HK/A-share markets. 📍High-frequency trading (HFT) experience is strongly preferred; mid-to-low frequency systematic trading experience will be considered for exceptional candidates. 📍Experience at a top-tier investment bank, proprietary trading firm, or quantitative hedge fund in traditional finance; candidates without prior crypto experience are welcome and encouraged to apply. 📍Deep understanding of delta-1 instruments (equities, futures, swaps) in traditional markets; crypto knowledge is not required but curiosity about the space is a plus.
