Key Responsibilities

📍Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation. 📍Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies and quality plans aligned with organizational goals. 📍Oversee the planning, design, and execution of various types of testing, including functional, regression, performance, security, and automation testing. 📍Collaborate closely with Product, Development teams to integrate quality practices into the development lifecycle. 📍Define QA metrics, monitor test coverage, defect rates, and test execution to measure quality and identify areas for improvement. 📍Drive the adoption and improvement of test automation frameworks and tools to accelerate testing cycles and improve accuracy. 📍Establish and enforce standard testing methodologies, policies, and documentation best practices. 📍Manage QA resources, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation. 📍Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize testing efforts based on risk, impact, and business needs. 📍Lead efforts for CI/CD pipeline integration, ensuring automated testing supports agile development and frequent releases. 📍Stay current with emerging QA trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the team’s capabilities. 📍Handle escalations related to quality issues and participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

📍 Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages (Python, Java, JavaScript). 📍Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrency application testing is advantageous. 📍Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerized environments. 📍Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
