Job Summary
What will you be bringing to the team?

For the šProject Manager position, we expect you to: šthe P&L of the projects up to the definition of the gross margin Integrate different work packages and teams in order to achieve a single result šManage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders for complex, large-scale projects šClarify project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and act as a point of contact šPerform risk management and analyze risks and opportunities šCompose the project team, assign tasks, and manage the schedule šDevelop a detailed project plan to track progress šOversee project procurement management and ensure resource availability and allocation šMonitor project progress, use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs, and resolve and handle any issues that may arise šEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget šMonitor the financial figures and the P&L of the projects by using tools such as Timesheet, SAP, Budget, etc šContribute to new opportunities that arise from project implementation šBring the experience from the project implementation to the digital health product evolution process šCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports
Requirements
šWhat do you need to succeed in this position? šYour experience, skillset, and qualifications are going to help you succeed in this position, moving forward. We would like you to have: šA University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another relative discipline šAn MSc degree will be considered an additional asset šAt least 5 years of experience in a similar position of Project Manager mainly in Public Sector projects šExperience in Digital Health project implementation is preferred šExcellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages (written and verbal) šOutstanding communication and negotiation skills šCertifications in PMP and/or Prince2 will be considered an asset
