Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šLead Projects Independently: Own the full lifecycle of Data Annotation/AI projects, ensuring timely delivery and high performance. šClient Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client partnerships to enhance satisfaction and identify growth opportunities. šProject Planning & Execution: Analyze requirements, develop strategic plans, and oversee implementation. šTeam Leadership: Manage onsite teams with potential to scale up to 200+ members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. šQuality Assurance: Design and implement QA frameworks to ensure data accuracy and consistency. šPerformance Metrics: Define KPIs and introduce incentive programs to drive team motivation and excellence. šStakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and timely communication across global time zones. šTraining & Development: Effectively onboard and mentor new Team Leads. šAdditional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by leadership.
Qualifications & Skills
šPMP certification is a strong advantage. šExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams šTechnical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Proficient in the use of project management software and tools šRelevant experience as a Project Manager in the AI/Information & šCommunication Technology industry šStrong project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage budgets, and track progress
