Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Training 📍Develop and implement structured training plans in alignment with customer-provided materials. 📍Design and prepare training courseware, tools, and resources to ensure effective delivery. 📍Facilitate training programs that drive stable performance and enhanced service quality. 📍Establish and maintain comprehensive training documentation and adopt appropriate methodologies tailored to content and objectives. 📍Contribute to the development and management of an internal trainer team. 📍Quality Assurance 📍Formulate and oversee quality management approaches to address and mitigate project-related quality concerns. 📍Collect, analyze, and report on quality performance data, providing actionable insights to support informed decision-making. 📍Conduct issue analysis, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce recurring quality issues. 📍Support the development and management of an internal quality assurance team.
Qualifications
📍Proven expertise in at least one specialization area, either Training or Quality Assurance. 📍Advanced analytical skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. 📍Excellent command of the English language, with fluency in reading, listening, and speaking. 📍Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment and accountability. 📍Strong logical reasoning, keen attention to detail, and a proactive, results-driven work ethic. 📍Willing to work on shifting schedules. 📍Willing to be assigned in Imus or Bacoor City, Cavite.
