Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Work closely with various stakeholders to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, timelines, etc. 📍Drive teams within a program to achieve optimal results and coordinate cross-company initiatives against defined business goals 📍Identify key requirements needed by cross-functional teams 📍Collaborate with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple programs 📍Analyze, assess and address program risks, impediments and blockers and prepare program reports for management and stakeholders
Who you are
📍Over 3 years of experience in a relevant field working as a Program 📍Manager/Project Manager or relevant experience running programs and projects 📍Proven track record of being able to synthesize and derive a clear and prioritized roadmap based on a large number of business needs and requirements 📍Ability to operate effectively and autonomously across multiple teams, and navigate ambiguity with only high-level direction 📍Exceptional abilities in effectively communicating with stakeholders and managing their expectations, ensuring alignment with project goals and fostering collaborative relationships for successful outcomes 📍Experience working in a fintech or scale-up organisation
