Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for kiosk-related initiatives. šTranslate PRDs into well structured epics, user stories, and tasks, with clear requirements and acceptance criteria to support efficient development and testing. šOwn and manage the product backlog for kiosk-related features, ensuring priorities are aligned with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines. šServe as the primary point of clarification for engineering teams throughout development and drive end-to-end software delivery. šPartner closely with engineering, design, QA, legal, compliance, business, customer support, and external vendors to ensure delivered solutions meet functional, operational, and regulatory requirements. šCoordinate with engineering teams to plan and schedule releases and create and maintain accurate release notes. šCommunicate release scope, timelines, and dependencies clearly to stakeholders. šProvide regular status updates on progress, risks, and delivery milestones. šCollaborate with product managers across other product lines to support cross-product feature development and alignment. šSupport production rollouts, incident reviews, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality and reliability.
Qualifications
šDegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. š2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or similar role šStrong experience working with agile / Scrum teams and managing product backlogs šAbility to write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria šExperience working with engineering teams on complex, technical systems šAttention to detail and good problem-solving skills. šExcellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally. šStrong execution mindset and follow-through. šExcellent interpersonal skills.
