Qualifications
šExperience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting, product management, strategy and operations, or program management within a product organization šProduct Management Experience: At least 2 years as a Product Manager, in Product Operations, or in a role supporting product, engineering, or design organizations šProcess Improvement: Demonstrated experience in identifying problems and issues across the organization and defining processes to solve them šOrganizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail šTechnical Proficiency: Proven success using no-code tools such as Airtable šCommunication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present large amounts of information effectively šCross-functional Coordination: A proven track record of executing cross-functional work requiring coordination across multiple stakeholders
