Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy šDevelop and execute go-to-market plans for new features and product launches within the Sky Mavis ecosystem (NFT marketplace, wallet, bridging solutions). šAnalyze competitive landscapes and market trends to uniquely position our offerings in the Web3 space.
- Product Positioning & Messaging šCreate compelling, audience-specific product positioning and messaging that resonates with creators, traders, and gaming enthusiasts. šCollaborate with product and design teams to craft impactful narratives that highlight the value of our Web3 solutions.
- Marketing Campaigns & Content šPlan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns (email, social, paid ads, partnerships) to drive product awareness and user adoption. šOversee the creation of high-impact marketing content (whitepapers, webinars, blog posts, videos) tailored to various segments of the Sky Mavis community.
- User Research & Insights šConduct user interviews, competitive analyses, and market research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points. šPartner with product management to turn insights into actionable product roadmaps and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration šWork closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure a unified product experience and messaging. šTeam up with Business Development to identify and pursue strategic partnerships that expand product reach and revenue potential.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization šDefine and track key product marketing metrics (MAUs, user retention, campaign ROI, etc.). šLeverage data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize marketing strategies and messaging.
Requirements
š2-3 years of experience in product marketing, must have work exposure to Web3 or gaming. šProven record of managing successful product launches under tight deadlines and high visibility. šSelf-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. šExceptional cross-functional collaboration skills - comfortable working across time zones and with teams from diverse backgrounds.
