Job Summary

What You'll Do:

šŸ“Go-to-Market - Lead go-to-market development and execution of new product launches. Develop and lead successful product launches and measure the performance of product marketing campaigns. šŸ“Customer Insights - Advocate for the customer by gathering their feedback and using it to inform and drive product messaging, brand differentiation, and marketing content. šŸ“Lifecycle Marketing - Carry out multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle, from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and segmentation strategy, education and engagement campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships. šŸ“Collaboration - Work cross-functionally with product, business development, design, communications, and support to build our pipeline and improve conversion rates. šŸ“SEO - Lead our productā€™s Organic Search strategy, aligning with our target audience segments and use cases to drive organic growth. šŸ“Competitive Analysis - Conduct market research to gather data on target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use market research to inform compelling positioning, inform product strategy, and identify growth opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

šŸ“Proven experience (6+ years) in Product Marketing, Lifecycle / Growth Marketing, or Product šŸ“Management within the blockchain/Web3 industry. šŸ“Must have knowledge and understanding of SEO principals šŸ“Passionate about delivering results, with the ability to adapt to different levels of responsibility, whether it's a large-scale creative project or refining copy for a blog post. šŸ“Experience crafting & implementing consumer segmentation based on product insights, customer demographics, attitudes, and behaviors šŸ“Demonstrated track record of framing customer-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and solidify retention šŸ“Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, GA) šŸ“Can communicate and efficiently involve all stakeholders to secure buy-in, develop strategies, and incorporate feedback
