Job Summary
What You'll Do:
šGo-to-Market - Lead go-to-market development and execution of new product launches. Develop and lead successful product launches and measure the performance of product marketing campaigns. šCustomer Insights - Advocate for the customer by gathering their feedback and using it to inform and drive product messaging, brand differentiation, and marketing content. šLifecycle Marketing - Carry out multiple aspects of the product marketing lifecycle, from branding and positioning to targeted outreach and segmentation strategy, education and engagement campaigns, and ecosystem partnerships. šCollaboration - Work cross-functionally with product, business development, design, communications, and support to build our pipeline and improve conversion rates. šSEO - Lead our productās Organic Search strategy, aligning with our target audience segments and use cases to drive organic growth. šCompetitive Analysis - Conduct market research to gather data on target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscapes. Use market research to inform compelling positioning, inform product strategy, and identify growth opportunities.
What We're Looking For:
šProven experience (6+ years) in Product Marketing, Lifecycle / Growth Marketing, or Product šManagement within the blockchain/Web3 industry. šMust have knowledge and understanding of SEO principals šPassionate about delivering results, with the ability to adapt to different levels of responsibility, whether it's a large-scale creative project or refining copy for a blog post. šExperience crafting & implementing consumer segmentation based on product insights, customer demographics, attitudes, and behaviors šDemonstrated track record of framing customer-oriented campaigns to steer new customer acquisition, deepen engagement, and solidify retention šProficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Mixpanel, Segment, GA) šCan communicate and efficiently involve all stakeholders to secure buy-in, develop strategies, and incorporate feedback
