Job Summary
Responsibilities
š Responsible for the overall planning, design, promotion, and management of DeFi or blockchain products, ensuring they remain competitive in the market. šUnderstand user needs within the DeFi/blockchain space, optimize product features, and enhance user experience. šWork closely with the development team to resolve any issues during product development to ensure timely project completion. šMonitor market performance of the DeFi/blockchain products, conduct product optimization šRegularly report on product performance and propose product improvement strategies.
Qualifications
š 4+ years of product management experience šHave a strong interest and passion in DeFi or blockchain, with proven project experience in these areas. šExcellent project management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to navigate potential problems ensuring smooth progression. šHave a keen sense of trends and user needs in DeFi and Blockchain, with the agility to respond quickly to market shifts. šPossess strong data analysis skills, able to leverage data insights to guide product improvements.
