📍Lead the creation and optimization of staking interfaces (app.p2p.org, eth.p2p.org) to enable effortless staking experiences for clients 📍Manage product development at scale, ensuring alignment with business goals and integration of Ethereum staking technologies like Distributed Validator Technology (DVT), EigenLayer restaking & more 📍Define and track key product performance metrics to measure success and identify opportunities for improvement 📍Conduct market, competitor, and user research to identify best practices and innovative solutions, ensuring interfaces remain competitive and client-focused 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver enhanced features, better UX, and seamless integration of staking technologies for institutional and retail clients

You have 🤓

📍Experience in large-scale B2B interface development from the ground up 📍Proven track record in creating and improving complex web application interfaces 📍Strong knowledge of AB testing, web marketing, SEO, and paid traffic 📍Expertise in developing and implementing key site metrics 📍Familiarity with blockchain, decentralized systems, and crypto industry trends 📍Experience with Ethereum and restaking is a huge plus 📍Fluent English
