Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Manage product requests for Web, overseeing the entire product cycle from request confirmation to release. Possess specialized expertise in cryptocurrency deposit and withdrawal processes, as well as blockchain-related knowledge. 📍Experience in compliance-related product design and project management is preferred. Familiarity with various compliance and regulatory requirements across different countries, along with a strong ability to design product features that adhere to these compliance rules. 📍Gather user feedback and continuously optimize features to enhance the user experience of our products. 📍Assess the effectiveness of product functions through AB testing and analyze data to draw conclusions and propose iterative enhancements. 📍Conduct thorough data monitoring for key conversion metrics, pinpoint issues through data analysis, and offer actionable data-driven recommendations. 📍Generate regular product data reports, analyze growth drivers, and provide strategic product insights.
Requirements
📍6+ years of Product management experience. 📍Strong problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills. 📍Strong sense of user experience and user interface design. 📍Result-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills to derive insights and make decisions. 📍Excellent time management and coordination skills to concurrently manage multiple projects and adhere to schedule. 📍Excellent stakeholder management skills and experience in collaborating with cross functional teams. 📍Fluency in English is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders. Additional languages would be an advantage.
