Responsibilities

📍Define and execute the product roadmap for options backend infrastructure, including order, pricing, and risk systems. 📍Translate trading needs into detailed technical requirements for options backend and infrastructure teams. 📍Drive system performance improvements in latency, throughput, and fault tolerance through data-driven iteration. 📍Collaborate with the frontend PMs, engineering, quant, and trading ops to deliver robust and scalable backend releases. 📍Monitor system health and ensure compliance with security, reliability, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

📍Bachelor’s degree (tech) in Computer Science, Maths, Engineering, Finance, or related field. 📍2+ years of experience in options trading / technical product management 📍Strong understanding of options trading mechanics, risk engines, and settlement workflows. 📍Technical fluency in backend system architecture, APIs, and data flows. 📍Excellent communication and stakeholder management across technical and business teams; Bilingual English/Mandarin is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
