Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Conduct competitive analysis and market research 📍Analyze internal user needs, identify insights, and monitor industry trends 📍Define functional and product requirements: optimize existing features and propose new ones 📍Develop and maintain product roadmap for new feature releases Prepare the product for launch in new markets 📍Oversee development progress and timelines alongside the Project Manager 📍Define internal and external marketing strategies: analyze the current target audience and identify new market opportunities 📍Explore and evaluate new customer acquisition channels 📍Calculate customer acquisition costs 📍Manage and monitor budgets for user acquisition 📍Segment customers and design sales funnels 📍Track and assess key KPIs (CR, RR, LTV, ARPU) for both new and existing users 📍Identify and assess the most effective communication channels for customer engagement
Requirements
📍2+ years of experience in the iGaming industry 📍Upper-intermediate English (B2 level or higher) 📍Fluent Russian language 📍Strong communication and interpersonal skills 📍Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment 📍Hands-on experience with CRM systems 📍Basic understanding of HTML/CSS 📍Experience working with ESPs (Email Service Providers)
