📍Own end-to-end product development for core LayerZero infrastructure and API surfaces - vision, roadmap, requirements, and execution. 📍Partner closely with engineers; understand technical constraints, read code-level designs, and actively participate in architectural discussions. 📍Drive alignment across teams by overcommunicating vision, use cases, and decisions - tailoring communication to technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Maintain relentless clarity on user needs by continually engaging with developers, partners, and integrators; synthesize qualitative and quantitative insights. 📍Break down ambiguous problems, validate assumptions, and prevent premature solutioning; ensure the team is solving the right problems. 📍Advocate for design quality and usability, even for deeply technical workflows; sweat the details. 📍Influence cross-functional stakeholders through trust, execution, and strong product judgment, not authority. 📍Unblock engineering, drive momentum, and take ownership for outcomes end-to-end.

ABOUT YOU

📍You have a computer science degree or equivalent technical background. 📍You have 2–5+ years of software engineering experience and can comfortably lead technical discussions. 📍You have 3–6+ years of product management experience, ideally owning API, developer, or infrastructure products. 📍You think like an owner; you drive work forward even without authority or perfect information. 📍You communicate clearly, proactively, and repeatedly to ensure alignment. You are able to effectively tailor your communication to different types of stakeholders. 📍You are comfortable in fast-moving, low-process environments and thrive in ambiguity. 📍You care deeply about quality, user experience, and execution. 📍Ideally, you have experience in Web3, distributed systems, or developer-focused platforms, but it’s not required.
