Job Summary
What You'll Be Doing
📍Conduct in-depth market research, gather user insights and identify the latest trends/topics in the Crypto/Web3 industry, bringing positive influence to the product roadmap. 📍Lead overall marketing strategy for token listing, including campaigns, channel collaboration, promotions, etc. to maximize the impact and effectiveness of our token listings. 📍Continuously optimize campaign strategies for listings, to increase user acquisition. 📍Responsible for trading VOL market share, AUM growth and new users LTV . 📍Develop and build new growth tools.
What We Look For In You
📍5-8 years of experience in Product Strategy or Product Operations. 📍Strong analytical and problem solving skills essential. 📍Strong interest in the Web3 / Crypto / Blockchain industry. 📍Successful experience in designing and executing user acquisition or VOL/AUM driven campaigns 📍Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills. 📍Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
