Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Defining a long-term vision for the Tezos developer experience and creating actionable roadmaps to achieve it 📍Conducting competitor analysis and deep research to identify trends and inform strategic decisions 📍Collaborating with engineering teams to deliver APIs, services, and infrastructure aligned with developer needs 📍Engaging with developers to understand their challenges, gathering feedback, and refining the product offering 📍Prioritising and delivering high-impact features with clear, measurable goals 📍Advocating for developers across teams, ensuring alignment and a user-centric approach
What you’ll need
📍Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally working with developer-focused products or external developer communities 📍Familiarity with APIs, services, infrastructure, or Web3 technologies is a strong plus 📍Deep understanding of developer workflows, tools, and challenges 📍Ability to build strong relationships with developers and represent their needs 📍Track record of creating long-term visions and translating them into actionable plans 📍Strong analytical and research skills to identify opportunities and validate decisions 📍Willingness to dive into technical details to understand feasibility and align with developer needs
