Key Responsibilities of the role
đź“ŤOwn the roadmap and support Senior Managers in defining our product directionand priorities, formalising development tasks, collecting and processing product feedback and metrics, and facilitating communication with internal and external stakeholders. đź“ŤManage and maintain product and development boards, ensuring the development process is running according to our policies and procedures đź“ŤCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design and cross-functional teams and align teams on a shared vision and steer execution on that vision đź“ŤCommunicate with clients and the organisation effectively. As a high-touch B2B solution provider, we rely on direct client communication for a lot of ideas and feedback we receive on our current and future products đź“ŤContinual market and industry research to ensure that we are building the best in class products and supporting the business with their challenges đź“ŤExceptional understanding of Copper Products with the ability to lead discussions with senior stakeholders throughout the business
Your experience, skills and knowledge
đź“ŤPrevious experience working within a Product leadership role đź“ŤKnowledge of blockchain technology coupled with keen interest in latest developments in digital asset/crypto ecosystem đź“ŤKnowledge of product management and agile development process đź“ŤExperience with relevant tools, obsession with simple, efficient and straightforward processes đź“ŤComfortable making your own decisions and taking on significant responsibility, but do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves and doing the day-to-day Product work as and when the hyper-growth environment requires you to do so
