Key responsibilities include:

📍Developing strong domain understanding and partnering with the business to translate problems into detailed requirements. 📍Leading discovery to understand current workflows, data issues, and cross-system dependencies.
📍Defining outcomefocused product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. 📍Analysing user needs, operational data, and feedback to identify opportunities and inform prioritisation. 📍Working iteratively and sharing early feedback with stakeholders through-out the build process. 📍Partnering with crossfunctional teams to align on priorities, dependencies, and delivery tradeoffs. 📍Building strong relationships with internal users to support ongoing discovery and continuous improvement. 📍Tracking and driving outcomes such as data quality, increased adoption across platforms, and reduced manual reconciliation effort.

Requirements:

📍Experience participating in Agile ceremonies and collaborating within crossfunctional teams. 📍Experience working with multiple stakeholders to understand current processes and contribute to futurestate workflow design. 📍Exceptional requirement definition skills, with a datadriven mindset and the ability to adapt expertise as domain understanding deepens.
📍Comfortable using evidence, analysis, and user insights to make informed decisions and translate complex problem spaces into clear, outcomefocused requirements. 📍Experience managing change across systems and teams, including stakeholder engagement and dependency alignment.
