Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šLead the development and implementation of tokenomics strategies for new and existing clients. šCollaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into comprehensive product requirements and specifications. šWork closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality products that meet client expectations. šEnsure that products are aligned with the companyās overall vision and strategy. šServe as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related matters. šBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success. šConduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements. šManage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. šCreate and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps. šCoordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery. šIdentify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the product development process. šConduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies. šUse insights from market research to inform product strategy and development. šIdentify new opportunities for product innovation and growth within the Web3 space.
Requirements:
šProven experience in product management within the Web3 industry. šStrong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the broader crypto ecosystem. šDemonstrated experience working with clients to develop and implement product strategies. šExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. šStrong analytical and problem-solving skills. šAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. šExperience with project management tools and methodologies. šAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
