Key Responsibilities:

📍Product Vision & Strategy 📍Define and drive the product strategy for crypto trading features in line with business goals. 📍Prioritize new opportunities based on market dynamics, user needs, and product impact. 📍Contribute to the long-term roadmap of the trading platform across both retail and institutional segments. 📍Cross-Functional Collaboration 📍Work closely with Engineering, Design, QA, and Analytics teams to deliver high-quality solutions. 📍Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and communicate outcomes. 📍Execution & Iteration 📍Own the product backlog, write clear user stories, and drive sprint planning and delivery in Agile workflows. 📍Use data (A/B testing, analytics, user feedback) to evaluate features, optimize UX, and guide iterations. 📍UX & Performance Optimization 📍Improve user experience by partnering with UX/UI teams on intuitive interfaces and workflows. 📍Focus on performance, reliability, and usability of the trading tools and infrastructure.

Requirements:

📍3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, ideally in crypto trading or fintech. 📍Strong understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading mechanics, and exchange APIs. 📍Proven track record of using product analytics (e.g., SQL, Amplitude, Power BI) to guide decisions. 📍Experience with Agile methodologies and end-to-end product lifecycle ownership. 📍Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complexity for technical and non-technical audiences. 📍Fluent in English (B2+).
